1 - SGC Obligations toward Sponsors

  • SGC provides you with the platform you can use to help loved-ones or friends strapped for means of visiting with a doctor in any corner of the world
  • SCG serves as a conduit between the sponsor, the clinic and the patient to ensure that the latter always has a health recourse they can use preventively to alleviate routine and acute diseases.
  • SGC gives you the peace of mind to know that your parents, loved-ones and friends are secured in their health wellness and can attend a clinic of your choice anytime they see fit.
  • SCG offers you a multitude of partner clinics or hospitals in identified countries to choose from.
  • SGC keeps the line of communication open with all our partners and commits to respond to the sponsors within 12 hours upon receiving your correspondence via email or phone.
  • SCG vets partner clinics and hospitals through rigorous scrutiny that includes the quality of care of partners, the diversity of health services, their reputation, their reliability and dependability, and particularly the quality of their partner’s customer services
  • Once SGC receives your sponsorship fund through PayPal, this outlet generates an automatic email response to you acknowledging deposit of your money. SGC forwards a welcome letter to you via email within the next hours, sends an automatic message to the clinic you have chosen and to your identified prepaid health-beneficiary.
  • SGC follows up with a message to you with a specific start date of the health coverage for your sponsored individual, which roughly occurs 3 weeks after receipt of the funds.
  • SGC operates within the limits of the prepaid health coverage your purchase and requests that your select clinic/hospital bills SGC accordingly.
  • SGC will send you a quarterly statement of your prepaid health deposit whether your sponsoree has begun their treatment with your select clinic/hospital.
  • SGC pays bills to your selected clinics within the limits of your plan and the processing fees, and reports to you whether additional funds should be requested of you for the continuation of your sponsoree’s health care.
  • In addition to our onsite delegate who will attest to the quality of the care your selected clinic renders, SGC will rely on the written evaluations of your sponsored individual (the patient) or their aide (if the patient is unable to communicate with SGC) to assess the quality of care a clinic has provided them.
  • SGC cannot be held responsible for any delay in the patient’s treatment due administrative issues of any nature, nor can SGC be liable for treatment accidents or death due to medical errors or malpractice.
  • SGC is not responsible for a no-show of the patient to the clinic, nor should it hold the responsibility to provide transportation to and from the clinic for patients.
  • SGC will reimburse the sponsor the full amount of their sponsorship minus processing fees in the event the intended sponsored individual is no longer in need of the intended health assistance or should the sponsor choose to end their support to the patient. The sponsor will have to make their request in writing to SGC.
  • SGC is not equipped to ensure emergency care to a sponsored patient and operates only under the prepaid terms defined in this policy statement.

2 - Sponsors’ Obligations

  • Moved by their love for humanity and their loved-ones, sponsors ensure their loved-ones and friends with prepaid health-treatment by selecting a partner-clinic from the SGC website.
  • The sponsor carefully chooses the health plan most suitable to the needs their sponsored: including Standard 1 & 2, Premium 1 & 2 and Executive 1 & 2 and pays for it though PayPal, which guarantees security of personal information.
  • The sponsor receives an immediate automatic acknowledge of receipt for fund from PayPal as well as Welcome message from Secure Global Clinics within the next hours.
  • The sponsor allows Secure-Global Clinics a 3-week processing time to contact the sponsor’s chosen clinics and funnel the funds.
  • The sponsors receive a notification from SCG - 3 weeks following the prepaid funds - specifying the start of the prepaid-health coverage
  • The sponsor uses any communication means to alert their selected individual of the prepaid health support they help set up for them and realize the information about the clinic they would use whenever the necessity of a clinic/hospital visit occurs.
  • It is the responsibility of the sponsor to ensure that their loved-one or their friend visit the clinic in a timely manner while remaining within the provisions of the plan they have purchased. For example, if the plan allows for 2 doctor visits per year, the sponsor must explain to the sponsoree such a provision and must enforce the respect of the health plan.
  • If the sponsored individual is in need of more coverage than the sponsor purchased, the latter should feel free to amend or upscale their health plan, which will also take 3 weeks from the deposit date to become effective.
  • Sponsors will encourage their sponsored individual to fill up our online evaluation of the treatment received in your selected clinic. This will help SGC to ensure that your loved-one received appropriate healthcare, and to pursue or reexamine our partnership with any given clinic.
  • At the end of each quarter, the sponsor receives a written statement including the balance of their prepaid-care funds, and GSC’s assessment of the care given to their loved-ones.
  • Since SGC operates only with partner clinics and hospitals described on our website, the sponsor may not wish to propose a medical unit outside the platform.
  • Should sponsors decide to rescind their sponsorship, their prepaid-fund minus processing fees will be reimbursed 3 weeks after their written request.
  • The sponsor pledges not to hold SGC accountable for any delay in the treatment process or any medical accident that might result to disability of death.
